The Immunization Program will make every effort to fulfill your complete flu vaccine request; however, in the event that flu product is available in limited quantity, the Immunization Program will reduce your order and notify you via the KIDS Plus IIS comment box.
Continue ordering flu vaccine throughout the season as needed. Keep vaccinating until product expires. Only use VFAAR vaccine to vaccinate VFAAR eligible patients.
Flu vaccine may typically arrive separately from other vaccines even if flu and non-flu vaccines are ordered at the same time. The day you receive your flu order, log into the KIDS Plus IIS Registry and electronically receive the doses via the Pending VTrckS Shipment link from your On-Hand page. If you receive a vaccine shipment with an out-of-range temperature monitoring reading, please contact the Immunization Program immediately: Christine Wilson at 215-685-6728.
