There have been a number of changes to the KIDS Plus IIS site. These are changes to the style, not the function, of the IIS to make it more user friendly. Below are descriptions and images of the changes that have been made. A video demonstrating these changes can be found at: https://youtu.be/5rlMYFaD7Zo
KIDS Plus IIS will now send automatic emails when you update your account’s information. These changes include: approval or rejection of Order and Returns, Suspensions and messages from VFC & VFAAR staff. Please add WebIZDevEmail@envisiontechnology.com to your email address book. We recommend updating your email addresses to one that you check continuously and to ensure emails from the health department do not get flagged as spam.
Every year at this time, the Philadelphia Immunization Program requires all KIDS Plus IIS users to complete and submit the KIDS Plus IIS User Agreement. Anyone who completed a User Agreement before June 20, 2016 must re-submit the new User Agreement. If you completed the User Agreement on or after Monday, June 20, 2016 then you do not have to re-submit this document.
Please read and submit the final page of this document to KIDS Plus IIS by Friday, July 8, 2016.
